Al-Israa 17:26
الإسراءوَءَاتِ ذَا ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ حَقَّهُۥ وَٱلْمِسْكِينَ وَٱبْنَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَلَا تُبَذِّرْ تَبْذِيرًا
Give relatives their due, and the needy and the stranded travelers, and do not spend wastefully.

26. And give to the kinsman his due and to the Miskîn [4] (poor) and to the wayfarer. But spend not wastefully (your wealth) in the manner of a spendthrift.[5] (Tafsir At-Tabarî)
