Ibrahim 14:14
ابراهيموَلَنُسْكِنَنَّكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامِى وَخَافَ وَعِيدِ
and We will make you dwell in the land after them. This is for those who fear standing before Me[6], and who fear My warning.”

And We will surely cause you to dwell in the land after them. That is for he who fears My position[652] and fears My threat."
