Ar-Ra'd 13:12
الرعدهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمُ ٱلْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ
It is He Who shows you lightening [causing] fear and hope[10] and forms heavy clouds[11].
[10] “Fear” of being hit by thunderbolt and “hope” for getting rain.
[11] The fluffy clouds floating above our heads like balloons are in fact extremely heavy.

12. It is He Who shows you the lightning, as a fear (for travellers) and as a hope (for those who wait for rain). And it is He Who brings up (or originates) the clouds, heavy (with water).
