Al-Fajr 89:16

الفجر

وَأَمَّآ إِذَا مَا ٱبْتَلَىٰهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقَهُۥ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّىٓ أَهَـٰنَنِ

Meaning

But when he is tested by restricting his provision, he says, “My Lord has [undeservedly] humiliated me!”
