Al-Anfaal 8:23
الأنفالوَلَوْ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا لَّأَسْمَعَهُمْ ۖ وَلَوْ أَسْمَعَهُمْ لَتَوَلَّوا۟ وَّهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ
If Allah had known any good in them[11], He would have made them hear, but even if He had made them hear, they would have turned away in aversion.
