Al-Insaan 76:30
الانسانوَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
But you cannot will unless Allah wills. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
