Al-A'raaf 7:198
الأعرافوَإِن تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى ٱلْهُدَىٰ لَا يَسْمَعُوا۟ ۖ وَتَرَىٰهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ
If you call them to guidance, they do not hear, and you see them looking at you, but they do not see.
