الأعراف

قَالُوٓا۟ أَرْجِهْ وَأَخَاهُ وَأَرْسِلْ فِى ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ حَـٰشِرِينَ

Meaning

They said, “Let him and his brother wait for a while and send heralds to the cities
