Al-Haaqqa 69:32
الحاقةثُمَّ فِى سِلْسِلَةٍ ذَرْعُهَا سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعًا فَٱسْلُكُوهُ
then tie him up with a chain of seventy cubits long.
