Al-Haaqqa 69:25
الحاقةوَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِىَ كِتَـٰبَهُۥ بِشِمَالِهِۦ فَيَقُولُ يَـٰلَيْتَنِى لَمْ أُوتَ كِتَـٰبِيَهْ
As for the one who is given his Record in his left hand, he will say, “Would that I had not been given my Record,
