Al-Mulk 67:30

الملك

قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَصْبَحَ مَآؤُكُمْ غَوْرًا فَمَن يَأْتِيكُم بِمَآءٍ مَّعِينٍۭ

Meaning

Say, “What do you think, if your water were to sink deep into the earth, who can bring you flowing water?”
