Al-Mulk 67:10

الملك

وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِىٓ أَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ

Meaning

And they will say, “If only we had listened or understood, we would not be among the dwellers of the Blazing Fire.”
