Al-Mulk 67:1
الملكتَبَـٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِى بِيَدِهِ ٱلْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion, and He is Most Capable of all things.
