Al-Munaafiqoon 63:3
المنافقونذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ءَامَنُوا۟ ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا۟ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ
That is because they believed, then disbelieved; therefore their hearts have been sealed, so they do not understand.
