As-Saff 61:2
الصفيَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ
O you who believe, why do you say what you do not do?
