Al-Maaida 5:79

المائدة

كَانُوا۟ لَا يَتَنَاهَوْنَ عَن مُّنكَرٍ فَعَلُوهُ ۚ لَبِئْسَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْعَلُونَ

Meaning

They did not forbid one another from committing evil deeds. Terrible was indeed what they used to do!
