Ad-Dukhaan 44:42
الدخانإِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
except those to whom Allah shows mercy. He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
