Az-Zukhruf 43:54

الزخرف

فَٱسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُۥ فَأَطَاعُوهُ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا فَـٰسِقِينَ

Meaning

Thus he made a fool of his people and they obeyed him. They were indeed a wicked people.
