Ash-Shura 42:34
الشورىأَوْ يُوبِقْهُنَّ بِمَا كَسَبُوا۟ وَيَعْفُ عَن كَثِيرٍ
Or He can capsize them[20] for what they committed, but He pardons much,
[20] i.e., He could sink the ships by violent winds.
