Ash-Shura 42:3
الشورىكَذَٰلِكَ يُوحِىٓ إِلَيْكَ وَإِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
This is how Allah, the Al-Mighty, the All-Wise, sends revelation to you [O Prophet] and to those before you.
