Ash-Shura 42:19
الشورىٱللَّهُ لَطِيفٌۢ بِعِبَادِهِۦ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْقَوِىُّ ٱلْعَزِيزُ
Allah is Kind to His slaves; He gives provision to whom He wills, and He is the All-Powerful, the All-Mighty.
