Fussilat 41:7
فصلتٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَهُم بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ هُمْ كَـٰفِرُونَ
those who do not give zakah, and who disbelieve in the Hereafter.
