Al-Ghaafir 40:71
غافرإِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَـٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ
when the shackles will be around their necks, and with chains they will be dragged
