Al-Ghaafir 40:68
غافرهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
It is He Who gives life and causes death. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, “Be,” and it is.
