Al-Ghaafir 40:45
غافرفَوَقَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِ مَا مَكَرُوا۟ ۖ وَحَاقَ بِـَٔالِ فِرْعَوْنَ سُوٓءُ ٱلْعَذَابِ
So Allah protected him from the evil that they plotted, and the people of Pharaoh were overwhelmed by an evil punishment:

So Allāh protected him from the evils they plotted, and the people of Pharaoh were enveloped by the worst of punishment -

45. So Allâh saved him from the evils that they plotted (against him), while an evil torment encompassed Fir‘aun’s (Pharaoh) people.
