Saad 38:10
صأَمْ لَهُم مُّلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ فَلْيَرْتَقُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَسْبَـٰبِ
Or do they have the dominion of the heavens and earth and all that is between them? Then let them ascend by any means[7].
