Yaseen 36:43

يس

وَإِن نَّشَأْ نُغْرِقْهُمْ فَلَا صَرِيخَ لَهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنقَذُونَ

Meaning

If We willed, We could drown them, then there would be no one to respond to their cry, nor could they be rescued,
