Saba 34:20

سبإ

وَلَقَدْ صَدَّقَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِبْلِيسُ ظَنَّهُۥ فَٱتَّبَعُوهُ إِلَّا فَرِيقًا مِّنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Meaning

Satan found his assumption[15] about them[16] to be true, for they followed him, except for a group of the believers,

[15] That he would be able to mislead them.
[16] i.e., the people of Sheba or humankind in general.

Meaning

And Iblees had already confirmed through them[1228] his assumption,[1229] so they followed him, except for a party of believers.

[1228] i.e., the people of Saba’ or mankind in general.
[1229] That mankind could readily be misled by him.
