Al-Ankaboot 29:62
العنكبوتٱللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
Allah extends provision to whom He wills of His slaves or restricts it. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing of everything.
