Al-Hijr 15:8
الحجرمَا نُنَزِّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَمَا كَانُوٓا۟ إِذًا مُّنظَرِينَ
We do not send down the angels except for a just cause, and then [the disbelievers] would be granted no respite[4].
