Al-Hijr 15:21
الحجروَإِن مِّن شَىْءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
There is nothing except that We have its treasuries, and We do not send it down except in a determined measure.
