Yunus 10:42
يونسوَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ ۚ أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ
Among them are some who listen to you, but can you make the deaf hear, even though they have no understanding?
