Al-Muzzammil
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَآ إِلَيْكُمْ رَسُولًا شَـٰهِدًا عَلَيْكُمْ كَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ رَسُولًا 15 فَعَصَىٰ فِرْعَوْنُ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَأَخَذْنَـٰهُ أَخْذًا وَبِيلًا 16
15- Şüphesiz Biz, Firavun’a bir peygamber gönderdiğimiz gibi size de hakkınızda şâhit olacak bir peygamber gönderdik. 16- Firavun, o peygambere karşı çıkmıştı da Biz de onu feci bir şekilde yakalamıştık.
15-16. Yüce Allah, şöyle buyurmaktadır: Şu ümmî, Arabî, müjdeleyici, uyarıcı, ümmete yaptıkları amelleri hususunda şahitlik edecek olan peygamberi size gönderdiği için Rabbinize hamd ve şükredin. Bu pek üstün ve değerli nimetin gereklerini yerine getirin. Sakın küfre sapıp Rasûlünüze karşı gelmeyin. O takdirde Yüce Allah’ın kendisine İmran oğlu Mûsâ’yı peygamber olarak gönderdiği vakit isyan eden Firavun gibi olursunuz. Nitekim Mûsâ, onu Allah’a davet etmiş, Allah’ı tevhid etmesini emretmişti. Firavun ise onun sözünü kabul etmeyip ona isyan ederek karşı çıkmıştı. Allah da onu çok çetin bir azap ile ansızın yakalamıştı.
