This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

أَفَمَن كَانَ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦ كَمَن زُيِّنَ لَهُۥ سُوٓءُ عَمَلِهِۦ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟ أَهْوَآءَهُم 14
14- Rabbinden apaçık bir delil üzere olan kimse, kötü ameli kendisine süslü gösterilen ve hevâlarına uyan kimseler gibi olur mu hiç?
14. Yani dini hususunda, ilim ve ameli itibari ile basiret üzere olan, hakkı bilip ona uyan, Allah’ın hak ehline vaad ettiği şeyleri uman kimseler hiçbir zaman hakkı inkâr etmiş, ondan sapmış, Allah’tan gelen herhangi bir hidâyet olmaksızın hevâsına tabi olmuş, bununla birlikte kendisinin hak üzere olduğunu düşünen kör kalpli bir kimse gibi olmaz. Bu iki kesim arasındaki mesafe ne kadar büyüktür! Biri hak biri dalâlet ehli olan bu iki kesim arasındaki fark ne kadar büyüktür!
