An-Nahl
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَلَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ أُمَّةً وَٰحِدَةً وَلَـٰكِن يُضِلُّ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهْدِى مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَلَتُسْـَٔلُنَّ عَمَّا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ 93
93- Eğer Allah dileseydi sizi tek bir ümmet yapardı. Fakat O dilediğini saptırır, dilediğini de hidâyete erdirir. Yaptıklarınızdan muhakkak sorguya çekileceksiniz.
93. Yani “eğer Allah dileseydi” bütün insanları hidâyet üzerinde toplar da “sizi tek bir ümmet yapardı.” Fakat tek başına hidâyet ve dalâlet veren ve hidâyete iletmesi de saptırması da ilim ve hikmetine bağlı fiillerinden olan Yüce Allah, hidâyeti lütfu ile hak edene verir ve onu hak etmeyeni de adaletinin gereği olarak mahrum bırakır. Hayır ve şer bütün “yaptıklarınızdan muhakkak sorguya çekileceksiniz.” O da amellerinizin karşılığını en mükemmel ve en âdil şekilde verecektir.
