Al-A'raaf
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. مَن يَهْدِ ٱللَّهُ فَهُوَ ٱلْمُهْتَدِى ۖ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَـٰسِرُونَ 178
{178} Kisha Yeye Mtukufu akasema, akibainisha kuwa ni Yeye peke yake mwenye kuongoza na kupoteza: "Yule ambaye Mwenyezi Mungu amemuongoa" kwa kumwezesha kwa matendo mema na kumlinda kutokana na machukizo, na kumfundisha yale ambacho hakuwa anayajua, "basi huyo ndiye mwongofu" kiuhakika. Kwa sababu, alipendelea uwongofu wake Yeye Mtukufu "Na yule aliyempoteza" kwa kumwachilia mbali na asimwezeshe kwa heri. "Basi hao ndio waliohasiri" nafsi zao na ahali zao Siku ya Qiyama. Tazama, huko ndiko kuhasiri kwa wazi.
