أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ 40
{40} Na hayo ni kwa sababu Mwenyezi Mungu ana ufalme wa mbingu na ardhi. Anaziendesha atakavyo miongoni mwa maendesho ya kimajaaliwa na ya kisheria, na kufuta dhambi, na kuadhibu kulingana na yale ambayo inahitaji hekima yake, na rehema yake kunjufu, na kufuta kwake dambi.
