Al-Ankaboot

وَقَـٰرُونَ وَفِرْعَوْنَ وَهَـٰمَـٰنَ ۖ وَلَقَدْ جَآءَهُم مُّوسَىٰ بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ سَـٰبِقِينَ 39
{39} Vivyo hivyo, Qaruni, Firauni na Hamana, pale Mwenyezi Mungu alipowapelekea Musa na Imran kwa dalili zilizo wazi, hawakuongoka, na wakajivuna katika nchi juu ya waja wa Mwenyezi Mungu, kwa hiyo wakawafedhehesha, na wakamrudisha kinyume na haki, na wakashindwa kuepukana na adhabu ilipowajia. "Wala hawakuweza kushinda." Mwenyezi Mungu au waliopotea, lakini walijisalimisha na kujisalimisha.
