Al-Qasas
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. ٱسْلُكْ يَدَكَ فِى جَيْبِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَآءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوٓءٍ وَٱضْمُمْ إِلَيْكَ جَنَاحَكَ مِنَ ٱلرَّهْبِ ۖ فَذَٰنِكَ بُرْهَـٰنَانِ مِن رَّبِّكَ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦٓ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا فَـٰسِقِينَ 32
{32} Kisha akamwonyeshwa ishara nyingine, kwa hivyo akasema: "Ingiza mkono wako, "kwenye mfuko wako, utatoka mweupe pasipo na ubaya wowote." Basi akauingiza na kuutoa kama vile Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu alivyotaja, "Na jiambatishe mkono wako ukihisi hofu," ili hofu ikutoke. "Basi hizi;" yaani, fimbo kugeuzwa nyoka na mkono hutoka mweupe bila uovu, "ni hoja mbili zitokazo kwa Mola wako Mlezi." Yaani, hoja mbili zilizopitishwa kutoka kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, "umpelekee Firauni na wakuu wa umma wake. Hakika hao walikuwa watu wavukao mipaka." Haiwatoshi tu kuwaonya na kuamrishwa na Mtume. Bali lazima kuwepo ishara za ajabu ikiwa zitanufaisha.
