An-Naml
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

هُدًى وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ 2
{2} Hata hivyo, wengi wa walimwengu hawakunufaika nayo, na wapinzani wote hawakuongoka kwayo; ili kuilinda kutokana na wale ambao hawana heri ndani yao, wala kutengenea, wala utakaso mioyoni mwao. Lakini badala yake waliongoka kwayo wale ambao Mwenyezi Mungu aliwachagua kwa imani na akaangaza mioyo yao kwayo na zikazifika hali zao za kisiri. Na ndiyo maana akasema, "Uwongofu na bishara kwa Waumini," yaani, yanawaongoa kufuata njia iliyonyooka, na kuwabainishia yale wanayopaswa kufuata au kuacha, na kuwabashiria thawabu za Mwenyezi Mungu zilizotokana na kuongoka kwenye njia hii.
