Al-Baqara
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. وَلَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ءَايَـٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَـٰتٍ ۖ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَآ إِلَّا ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ 99
(99) Anamwambia Nabii wake - rehema na amani ziwe juu yake - "Hakika tumekuteremshia Ishara zilizo wazi" ambazo kwazo unapatikana uwongofu kwa anayetaka uwongofu, na kusimamisha hoja dhidi ya mwenye kukaidi. Nazo katika ubainifu na ushahidi juu ya ukweli zimefikia kiwango kikubwa mno. Na zimefikia hali ambayo haachi kuikubali isipokuwa aliyepindukia amri ya Mwenyezi Mungu, na akatoka katika utiifu wa Mwenyezi Mungu, na wakafanya kiburi cha kiwango cha juu mno.
