An-Nahl
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. وَتَحْمِلُ أَثْقَالَكُمْ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٍ لَّمْ تَكُونُوا۟ بَـٰلِغِيهِ إِلَّا بِشِقِّ ٱلْأَنفُسِ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ 7
{7} "Nao hubeba mizigo yenu" mizito, na hata kukubeba nyinyi wenyewe, "kupeleka kwenye miji msiyoweza kuifikia isipokuwa kwa mashaka ya nafsi" Lakini Mwenyezi Mungu amewatiisha kwa ajili yenu. Basi baadhi yao mnawapanda, na baadhi yao kuna wale mnaobebea juu yao mnachotaka katika mizigo hadi katika miji za mbali na pande makubwa. "Hakika Mola wenu Mlezi ni Mpole mno, Mwingi wa kurehemu." Kwa maana aliwatiishia wale mnaolazimika kuwa nao na kuwahaitaji zaidi. Basi ni zake sifa njema zote kama inavyoufailia utukufu wa uso wake, na ukuu wa mamlaka yake, na upana wa ukarimu wake, na wema wake.
