Al-Insaan
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

يُوفُونَ بِٱلنَّذْرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا كَانَ شَرُّهُۥ مُسْتَطِيرًا 7
(Të devotshmit)Janë ata që zbatojnë premtimet e tyre... -Ata çojnë në vend çdo detyrë me të cilën e kanë ngarkuar veten për hir të Allahut dhe çdo premtim ose besë të dhënë. Duke qenë se ata plotësojnë edhe këto detyra, që Zoti nuk ua ka detyruar, por që ata vetë ia kanë detyruar vetvetes, atëherë kjo do të thotë që, plotësimi i detyrave të vendosura nga Zoti është më i sigurt se do të kryhet nga ata....dhe i frikësohen një Dite, tmerri i së cilës është gjithëpërfshirës. -Ata frikësohen se mos i godet tmerri i asaj dite, prandaj ruhen nga çdo gjë që e shkakton këtë.
