بحر العلومThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

يَـٰبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ٱذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَتِىَ ٱلَّتِىٓ أَنْعَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَأَنِّى فَضَّلْتُكُمْ عَلَى ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ 47
قوله تعالى: يا بَنِي إِسْرائِيلَ اذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتِيَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَأَنِّي فَضَّلْتُكُمْ عَلَى الْعالَمِينَ، أي على عالمي زمانهم. وقال بعضهم: من آمن من أهل الكتاب بمحمد ﷺ كانت له فضيلة على غيره وكان له أجران، أجر إيمانه بنبيه- عليه السلام- وأجر إيمانه بمحمد ﷺ وقد روي عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال: «ثَلاَثَةٌ يُعْطِيهُم الله الأَجْرَ مَرَّتَيْنِ، مَنِ اشْتَرَى جَارِيَةً فَأحْسَنَ تَأْدِيبَهَا فَأَعْتَقَهَا وَتَزَوَّجَها، وَعَبْدٌ أَطَاعَ سَيِّدَهُ وَأَطَاعَ الله تَعَالَى، وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الكِتَابِ أدرك النبيّ ﷺ فَآمَنَ بِهِ» . وقال بعضهم: معنى قوله وَأَنِّي فَضَّلْتُكُمْ عَلَى الْعالَمِينَ بإنزال المن والسلوى وغيره، ولم يكن ذلك لأحد من العالمين غيرهم.
