تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

وَأَنَّا لَمَّا سَمِعْنَا ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ ۖ فَمَن يُؤْمِنۢ بِرَبِّهِۦ فَلَا يَخَافُ بَخْسًا وَلَا رَهَقًا 13 وَأَنَّا مِنَّا ٱلْمُسْلِمُونَ وَمِنَّا ٱلْقَـٰسِطُونَ ۖ فَمَنْ أَسْلَمَ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ تَحَرَّوْا۟ رَشَدًا 14
{13}{وأنَّا لمَّا سمِعنا الهدى}: وهو
القرآن الكريم الهادي إلى الصراط المستقيم، وعرفنا هدايته وإرشاده؛ أثَّر في قلوبنا، فآمنَّا به، ثم
ذكروا ما يرغِّب المؤمن، فقالوا:{فمن يؤمِن بربِّه فلا يخافُ بخساً ولا رَهَقاً}؛ أي: من آمن به إيماناً صادقاً؛ فلا عليه نقصٌ ولا أذىً يلحقُه، وإذا سَلِمَ
من الشرِّ؛ حصل له الخيرُ؛ فالإيمان سببٌ داعٍ إلى [حصول] كلِّ خيرٍ
وانتفاء كلِّ شرٍّ.
{14}{وأنَّا منَّا المسلمونَ ومنَّا القاسطونَ}؛ أي: الجائرون العادلون عن الصراط المستقيم، {فَمَنۡ أسلم فأولئك تَحَرَّوۡا رَشَداً}؛ أي: أصابوا طريق الرشد الموصل لهم إلى الجنة ونعيمها.
