تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

وَمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَآ إِلَّا لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ ۖ وَلَلدَّارُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لِّلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ ۗ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ 32
{32} هذه حقيقة الدُّنيا وحقيقة الآخرة: أما حقيقة الدنيا؛ فإنها لعب ولهو، لعب في الأبدان، ولهو في القلوب؛ فالقلوب لها والهةٌ، والنفوس لها عاشقةٌ، والهموم فيها متعلقةٌ، والاشتغال بها كلعب الصبيان. وأما الآخرة؛ فإنَّها {خيرٌ للذين يتَّقون}؛ في ذاتها وصفاتها، وبقائها ودوامها، وفيها ما تشتهيه الأنفُسُ وتَلَذُّ الأعينُ؛ من نعيم القلوب والأرواح، وكثرة السرور والأفراح، ولكنها ليست لكلِّ أحدٍ، وإنما هي للمتَّقين، الذين يفعلون أوامر الله، ويتركون نواهِيَهُ وزواجِرَه، {أفلا تعقِلون}؛ أي: أفلا يكون لكم عقولٌ بها تدرِكون أيَّ الدارين أحق بالإيثارِ؟!
