تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا 14
{14} أي: هو تعالى المنفردُ بملك السماواتِ والأرضِ، يتصرَّف فيهما بما يشاء من الأحكام القدريَّة والأحكام الشرعيَّة والأحكام الجزائيَّة، ولهذا ذكر حكم الجزاء المرتَّب على الأحكام الشرعيَّة، فقال:{يَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يشاءُ}: وهو مَنْ قام بما أمره الله به، {ويعذِّبُ مَن يشاءُ}: ممَّن تهاونَ بأمرِ الله، {وكان الله غفوراً رحيماً}؛ أي: وصفه اللازم الذي لا ينفكُّ عنه المغفرةُ والرحمةُ، فلا يزال في جميع الأوقات يغفِرُ للمذنبين، ويتجاوزُ عن الخطَّائين، ويتقبَّل توبة التائبين، ويُنزِلُ خيرَه المدرار آناء الليل والنهار.
