تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَـٰكَ عَلَىٰ شَرِيعَةٍ مِّنَ ٱلْأَمْرِ فَٱتَّبِعْهَا وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَآءَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ 18 إِنَّهُمْ لَن يُغْنُوا۟ عَنكَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيْـًٔا ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَآءُ بَعْضٍ ۖ وَٱللَّهُ وَلِىُّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ 19
{18} أي: ثمَّ شرعنا لك شريعةً كاملةً تدعو إلى كلِّ خير، وتنهى عن كل شرٍّ من أمرنا الشرعيِّ، {فاتَّبِعۡها}؛ فإنَّ في اتِّباعها السعادة الأبديَّة والصلاح والفلاح، {ولا تتَّبِعۡ أهواء الذين لا يعلمونَ}؛ أي: الذين تكون أهويتُهم غيرَ تابعةٍ للعلم ولا ماشيةٍ خلفه، وهم كلُّ من خالف شريعةَ الرسول - صلى الله عليه وسلم - هواه وإرادتُه؛ فإنَّه من أهواء الذين لا يعلمون.
{19}{إنَّهم لن يُغنوا عنك من اللهِ شيئاً}؛ أي: لا ينفعونك عند الله، فيحصِّلوا لك الخير، ويدفعوا عنك الشرَّ إنِ اتَّبعتهم على أهوائهم، ولا تصلُحُ أن توافِقَهم وتوالِيَهم؛ فإنَّك وإياهم متباينون، وبعضهم وليٌّ لبعض. {والله وليُّ المتَّقين}: يخرجهم من الظلمات إلى النور بسبب تقواهم وعملهم بطاعته.
