تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُمْسِكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ أَن تَزُولَا ۚ وَلَئِن زَالَتَآ إِنْ أَمْسَكَهُمَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِّنۢ بَعْدِهِۦٓ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ حَلِيمًا غَفُورًا 41
{41} يخبر تعالى عن كمال قدرتِهِ وتمام رحمتِهِ وسعةِ حلمِهِ ومغفرتِهِ، وأنَّه تعالى {يمسِكُ السمواتِ والأرضَ}: عن الزوال؛ فإنَّهما لو زالتا؛ ما أمسكهما أحدٌ من الخلق، لعجزتْ قُدَرُهُم وقُواهم عنهما، ولكنَّه تعالى قضى أن يكونا كما وُجِدا؛ ليحصُلَ للخلقِ القرارُ والنفعُ والاعتبارُ، وليعلموا من عظيم سلطانِهِ وقوَّةِ قدرتِهِ ما به تمتلئُ قلوبُهم له إجلالاً وتعظيماً ومحبةً وتكريماً، وليعلموا كمال حِلمِهِ ومغفرتِهِ بإمهال المذنبين وعدم معاجلتِهِ للعاصين، مع أنَّه لو أمر السماء؛ لَحَصَبَتْهم، ولو أذِنَ للأرض؛ لابتلعتْهم، ولكن وَسِعَتْهم مغفرتُه وحلمُه وكرمُه. {إنَّه كان حليماً غفوراً}.
