تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ رُسُلًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِمْ فَجَآءُوهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ فَٱنتَقَمْنَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ ۖ وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ 47
{47} أي: {ولقد أرۡسَلۡنا من قبلِكَ}: في الأمم السالفين {رسلاً إلى قومهم}: حين جَحَدوا توحيدَ الله وكذَّبوا بالحقِّ، فجاءتهم رسلُهم يدعونَهم إلى التوحيد والإخلاص والتصديق بالحقِّ وبطلان ما هم عليه من الكفر والضَّلال، وجاؤوهم بالبينات والأدلَّة على ذلك، فلم يؤمِنوا ولم يزولوا عن غيهم، {فانتَقَمۡنا من الذين أجۡرَموا}: ونصرنا المؤمنينَ أتباع الرسل، {وكان حقًّا علينا نصرُ المؤمنين}؛ أي: أوجَبْنا ذلك على أنفسنا، وجعلْناه من جملةِ الحقوقِ المتعيِّنة، ووعدناهم به؛ فلا بدَّ من وقوعِهِ، فأنتُم أيُّها المكذِّبون لمحمدٍ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - إنْ بقيتُم على تكذيبكم؛ حلَّتْ بكم العقوبةُ، ونصرناه عليكم.
